My Story
Hi, I am Leah Carr.
With over a decade of success as a Human Resources Professional, I have been on different sides of the hiring process as a recruiter, as a hiring manager along with being someone looking for their next career opportunity.
Early in my career I was just excited to land a new job and accepted the first role offered to me without understanding my true motivation or how to negotiate what was important. After years of experience, I realized that I was selling myself short. It took me some time to fully comprehend what I considered to be a productive and fulfilling role and what success meant to me.
Now I am ready to share my knowledge and key strategies to help others elevate their career to the next level.
As a certified Career Coach and HR professional, my goal is to tap into my experiences and expertise to help you understand where you currently are in your career, what brought you to where you are now, and what value you offer employers.
